DRIVING A RAPID LEAD GENERATION TURNAROUND FOR AMERICAN REPUBLIC INSURANCE

THE STORY:

ARIS came to us with a time-sensitive challenge: build a lead generation engine from the ground up and fast!

Their paid search campaigns were underperforming with high spend, low lead volume, and a dated infrastructure for capturing and tracking inbound leads across their life and health insurance products.

Over a focused six-month engagement, we designed and launched a fully integrated lead generation system. We built more than 200 agent landing pages, implemented conversion-focused web forms, and set up a dedicated, trackable click-to-call line with full analytics and reporting. To ensure adoption, we trained all 200 agents on how to generate and manage their own leads.

With the foundation in place, we overhauled their Google Search campaigns, restructuring targeting, creative, and conversion tracking to drive qualified leads and maximize their budget.

BUILDING ONE OF HEALTHCARE'S TOP PODCASTS FROM THE GROUND UP

THE STORY:

Back in 2017, former CareCentrix CEO John Driscoll wanted to leverage digital media to position CareCentrix as a thought leader in the healthcare industry, while also playing a more active role in the company’s marketing and communications.

Vincent Grippi developed the concept for CareTalk: a monthly podcast focused on breaking down the biggest issues in healthcare business and policy, making complex topics more accessible and engaging for healthcare leaders and professionals.

The show quickly gained momentum, with audience numbers growing steadily across audio platforms and on YouTube, where CareTalk earned Partner status. What started as a simple podcast became a core part of CareCentrix’s marketing strategy all the way up to the company’s acquisition by Walgreens in 2022.

After the acquisition, we helped CareTalk break off into an independent media property. Our focus shifted to building a more robust marketing program to support its continued growth. We launched a dedicated website, developed a newsletter, grew its social media presence, and built a sponsorship program, where we collaborated with BetterHelp, the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), and many more. 

With more than 320 episodes and counting, CareTalk has featured some of the most influential voices in healthcare and is widely-recognized as one of the industry’s leading podcasts - and a clear example of how a corporate podcast can evolve into a standalone media brand.
